Комментарий: – сама форма модального глагола – правильная, но раз нет 100% соответствия с предложенным вариантом от автора – ответ считается неправильным.

Ваш ответ: The weather couldn’t be worse!
Верный ответ: The weather couldn’t be worse., The weather could not be worse.
Комментарий: в ответе сам автор не предусмотрел соблюдения восклицательной интонации в конце, которая должна сохраняться при переводе.
Предложение: проверять соответствие только формы модального глагола, тк предусмотреть все варианты ответов и их 100% соответствие авторским будет сложно.
