Sequenced Lesson Plans is an extremely useful resource. It provides 180 days of lessons pertaining to Language Arts and Math. Each subject is done by grade level from K-5. The lesson plans tell you the standards that match the lesson, objectives, materials needed, the approximate times each part of the lesson should take, and any worksheets that are needed to go along with the lesson. It is definitely worth taking a look at!!
